Today was my "snow day", because I didn't have to work. I still had to get out and do some running around, but it wasn't that bad.It's been quite a while since I've seen flakes that big! Most of the snow melted as it came down, and that's always nice. That means I don't have to scoop as much snow! Most of the day I spent reading a book and watching the snow fall...it was great!!
You are probably wondering about this picture. The tub drain has been running extra slow, and even stopped draining last week! I had to plung it to get it draining again. I went to Wal Mart, bought an extra large bottle of draino, and have been trying to fix the "clog" myself. Needless to say, it didn't work. Thank goodness I have 2 bathrooms! I've been using it until the plumber could come. They were here today for quite a while. And they kept bringing in bigger and bigger snakes! I was getting nervous! Finally they emerged with the news that my drains were draining much better. He also added, "We pulled out 2 caps from the p-trap." Currious I went down stairs and the above caps were in the trash can!!! Can you believe that?!?
